Host Eric Adjepong challenges three skilled chefs from Oklahoma, Georgia and Texas to prove their mastery of beef by knocking Chef Alex Guarnaschelli off her pedestal. The chefs strategize what ingredients to use, and judges Cara Nicoletti and Michael Voltaggio decide if the competitors keep Chef Alex on her toes or if she walks all over them.
