Alice embarks on one of the world's most renowned hikes—the W Trek in Torres del Paine National Park, Chile. Over three days and 48 miles, she navigates glaciers, turquoise lakes, and dramatic peaks, beginning at Hotel Lago Grey and trekking eastward solo. Along the way, Alice shares her personal journey through Patagonia's breathtaking wilderness.

East Coast Trail
Alice sets out to uncover one of North America's best-kept hiking secrets—the East Coast Trail in Newfoundland. Spanning 335 kilometers along Canada's rugged eastern edge, this thru-hike offers dramatic coastal views and untamed wilderness. With just three days to explore, Alice begins her solo backpacking journey in La Manche Provincial Park, capturing the beauty and solitude of this hidden gem.

Road Tripping the Selkirk Loop
Alice sets out on a scenic road trip through northern Idaho and into Canada along the International Selkirk Loop. Along the way, she meets chefs, artisans, and growers while discovering mountain towns, lakeside communities, and the rich culture woven through this spectacular cross-border route.

Starting in Bolzano and trekking through the stunning Rosengarten range. Alice spends several days hiking from hut to hut, scaling rugged cliffs on thrilling via ferratas, and taking in panoramic views of one of the world's most beautiful mountain landscapes.

Traveling the Silk Road Through Uzbekistan
Alice journeys through Uzbekistan along the legendary Silk Road, exploring the ancient cities of Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva. Surrounded by ornate architecture, vibrant markets, and centuries of history, she uncovers the cultural legacy of one of the world's most storied travel routes.

Summer in Finnish Lapland
Alice journeys into the heart of Finnish lapland as the midnight sun blankets the arctic circle with 24 hours of sun. She visits the towns of Levi and Yllas, biking, hiking, kayaking and taking in the endless activities. She rides horseback at midnight and even stops to meet Santa at his summer home in Rovaniemi.

Japan For Adventurers
First, Alice will be spending a few days in Kyushu where she hikes a volcano, dips in hot springs and road trips the countryside. In Shizuoka she is mesmerized by Mt. Fuji and learns about local ecotourism initiatives, community-based tourism and green tea.

Jordan: Gem of the Near East
Starting in the ancient city of Petra and exploring the stunning Wadi Rum desert and Bedouin culture. Alice visits the Dead Sea and religious landmarks tied to Christianity, dives in the Red Sea at Aqaba, and uncovers ancient history in Amman and Jerash—all while learning to cook traditional Jordanian dishes.
