Held in check by his clerk (played by Frank Thornton from Are You Being Served?) Julian dispenses his own brand of justice to all concerned, including celebrity guest Lionel Blair.

This week, actress Nerys Hughes is charged with being "nice", The Sun newspaper is subjected to a ruthless once-over and the fate of amateur singing duo "Billy and Sue" is decided.
