Season 1

Episode 1
The different club Mjøndalen, with its charismatic coach Vegard Hansen at the helm, moves up to the Tippeligaen after beating the big team Brann. It is a big step for both players and support staff, who have to adjust to a new and much more professional everyday life.

Episode 2
To find Tippeliga form, Mjøndalen IF goes to a training camp in sunny Spain. There will be a week of hard training on the field, and a lot of fanfare in the hotel rooms. Coach Vegard Hansen has decided to change the captain. There are several good candidates and it is difficult to decide.

Episode 3
Bot boss Christian Gauseth gets another tattoo, and it's finally time for the series to start. The nerves of Mjøndalen's new captain Joachim Solberg Olsen are on edge when the team will play their first Tippeliga game in over 20 years.

Episode 4
It's going hard when Strømsgodset and Mjøndalen meet in Drammen for the derby. The two clubs, which are only ten kilometers apart, have a tense relationship, but are also closely linked. MIF coach Vegard Hansen, director Kenneth Karlsen and many of the players on the team have played for the arch-enemy in the past, and now they are hungry for points.

Episode 5
Mjøndalen football club has had a roaring start to the season, and the atmosphere in the team is at its best. The next opponent out is the southern club Start. During the match, head coach Vegard and the team get an unpleasant surprise that turns everything upside down.

Episode 6
Material manager Britt takes care of the injured midfielder Vamouti. Another injured player, Kinny, is given a somewhat unusual recovery plan. And head coach Vegard finally gets time to play a match with his team in the 5th division.

Episode 7
When the team seems to lose some of the glow they had at the beginning of the season, rescue comes from an unexpected quarter in the meeting with the top club Rosenborg.

Episode 8
Mjøndalen IF gets a lot of attention in the media, and coach Vegard gets attention for his bachelorhood. Midfielder Christian is excited to play against his old club Molde, Vegard begins to doubt one of the most important players on the team.

Episode 9
Mjøndalen IF travels to Bodø to play a match. Everything does not go as planned, and coach Vegard's temperament is really put to the test.

Episode 10
Director Kenneth and coach Vegard go to Oslo to see Dire Straits. At the same time, Captain Jokke gets to borrow Kenneth's summer cottage in Kragerø. When the team meets Ålesund away from home after the holiday, Kinny is ready to play again and it will be a dramatic comeback.

Episode 11
To the great dismay of director Kenneth and coach Vegard, Mjøndalen is second last in the table. The two see themselves having to fire players and bring in reinforcements to reverse the negative trend.

Episode 12
Mjøndalen offers a derby when arch-rival and neighboring club Strømsgodset comes to the Isachsen stadium. But captain Jokke has to watch the emotional match from the stands.

Episode 13
Coach Vegard will have to act hard against a player to avoid a bad atmosphere in the team. When Vålerenga comes to visit to play a match, he is the one who lights all the plugs over the referees' decisions.

Episode 14
It's getting really tight, and every single game can be decisive to avoid relegation. The team travels to Christian Gauseth's old hometown and parent club, Molde, where he makes a bet with his old hairdresser.

Episode 15
Loss means relegation, and the boys have to fight for their lives when Ålesund comes to Mjøndalen. Materials manager Britt is also having a tough time. One of her dogs has fallen ill and she has to make a difficult choice.

Episode 16
Mjøndalen's final fate will be decided at the Viking stadium in Stavanger, and the boys end the season with an amazing team trip to Las Vegas.
