Folge 6

While Patrick reaches the supply point in the middle of the night with the last of his strength, the people of Kekenberg are struggling with the next catastrophe: the pigsty is ablaze. Like a suicide mission, Pastor Matias throws himself into the flames to save Laura and Norbert, who are trapped inside. Even the unbelieving and non-denominational Elizabeth now asks God for help. After weeks of walking from Italy up to Kekenberg, pig farmer Lukas is still faced with the ruins of his existence. At least Patrick returns in time with the life-saving insulin for Marie. With a clever plan from Laura, the villagers don't get the soccer cup, but they do get the pigs back from the Muckingers and thus their supply base. The Kekenbergers have definitely learned one thing in the last few weeks: cohesion is everything. Especially when it's dark.
