The Land of Great Thirst
In Alone's driest location yet, ten new participants must survive in the Great Karoo desert as they face extreme temperatures, new species of predators, and a host of exhausting challenges, all for a chance to win $500,000. With big game more abundant than ever, some play the odds, while one survivalist gets hit with a debilitating infection.

Best Laid Plans
Faced with skittish game and unfamiliar plants, the final group of survivalists quickly learns their earliest strategies will be met with unforgiving resistance.

Thirst Trap
The Karoo Desert's heat and lack of shade continue to force the survivalists to focus on water or risk dehydration. Some participants get creative in stockpiling this life-saving resource, while others find themselves realizing it's a little too late.

Finding a Foothold
As the tumultuous first week nears its end, the remaining survivalists focus on regaining their footing.

The Tempest
The survivalists finally begin to cash in on food as game proves to be plentiful. This prosperity is short-lived, however, as dark clouds loom in the distance.

Purpose
In the aftermath of a freak storm, the remaining survivalists take stock of their place in the game. One participant takes a risk on an ambitious shelter, while another unknowingly finds themselves poised on a knife's edge.

Echoes of Emptiness
Starvation and exhaustion push the survivalists to their limits as wild game taunts them at every turn. While one participant looks for a reason to carry on, another teeters on the edge of their breaking point.

Weak Spot
The remaining three survivalists continue to push their limits as they reach nearly a month in the Great Karoo Desert.

The Promised Land
Burdened by a string of bad luck, the remaining participants find their chances of success begin to slip away.

No Regrats
The remaining survivalists make a final push to the finish line, but only one can win the $500,000 prize and make Alone history as the first winner in a desert climate.

It is a stark and brutal look at the business of incarceration.
