Episodes

50 Day Freeze
Six Alone veterans take on their biggest--and coldest--challenge yet when they are dropped on the frigid North Atlantic coast just days before the start of winter. With nothing but a few supplies, participants try to last 50 days in harsh winds, punishing rain, and freezing temperatures to win their share of $500,000.

Frost Bound
With no time to waste before brutal Labrador winter temperatures set in, the participants struggle to establish themselves in their harsh new environment. They look to their past experience on Alone for inspiration and find that every decision could make or break their shot at a share of $500,000.

The Edge
Hard lessons shape the participants' strategies as they balance their immediate needs with an increasing risk of injury. The margin for error gets slimmer as Labrador's harsh environment, and the frigid Atlantic Ocean, diminishes their body heat, crucial supplies, and their chances of winning $500,000.

Bone Cold
The harsh Labrador environment has a profound effect on participants' mindset and strategies and proves too much for one participant to overcome. Mistakes big and small haunt several participants, who must find new food sources before their bodies and minds give out. The frigid Atlantic Ocean threatens to take participants valuable supplies, and their share of $500,000, out to sea.

Outfoxed
Frost arrives and changes the landscape, creating new priorities for the participants; some deal with the consequences of a diet with no diversity, while others battle major shelter issues; the competition wears on the survivalists

On Thin Ice
The changing landscape presents unique challenges and new opportunities for the participants as they try to maintain their weight. One participant's milestone celebration reminds them how far they have to go, while another tries to move forward after a major setback. With more than three weeks to go, they dig in to grab their share of $500,000.

The Last Hope
As the final three participants inch closer to the 50 day finish line, they're forced to adapt their strategies as they consider what their share of $500,000 is really worth to them. One survivalist comes face to face with a four legged foe, while another sets their sights on an overlooked source of meat. Heavy snow and frozen waters make the desolate wilderness even harder to tame.

The Bitter End
Despite the deep freeze and cruel temperatures, the final two participants march onward towards day 50. While small victories buoy their spirits, the survivalists struggle knowing that at any time the smallest mistake could send them home. With a shot at history on the line, they dig deeper than ever before to make it to the end.
