David O'Doherty goes on cycling trips with celebrity companions, beginning with a two-day trip around Dungeness on the Kent coast with Richard Ayoade. David and Richard face the horrors of glamping and the wild winds of the flat Romney Marsh, and hopefully make it to their lighthouse destination in time.

Brecon Beacons with Grayson Perry
David is joined by artist and former mountain bike racer Grayson Perry, as they take to the Brecon Beacons, to enjoy the stunning views and tackle the challenging hills. During the two-day trip, they bond over Grayson's career, childhood tales and his disdain for nature, and attempt to conquer a gruelling five-mile climb while deeply hungover.

Northumberland with Mel Giedroyc
Mel Giedroyc joins David on a two-wheeled trip along the Northumberland coast, ending up at the tidal Holy Island, but crossing rivers on a bicycle proves tougher than it looks. Along the way, they explore stunning coastal views peppered with castles and ancient ruins and take time out to make portraits of each other out of seaweed.

Suffolk with Joe Wilkinson
Joe Wilkinson joins David on a trip to the Suffolk coast, and engage in a series of bizarre contests along the way, with a little help from an unexpected judge. During their two-day jaunt, David and Joe enjoy the delights of rural life, weaving a course through hazy farmland and sandy lanes, finishing their ride under the setting sun of Southwold beach.
