Season 1
Alphonse, a quadragenarian going through a professional and marital crisis, reconnects with a father he barely knew and discovers a surprising new calling. Along the way, he meets a galaxy of women, each more exciting and quirkier than the last, plunging him into a journey that is both perilous and transgressive, yet filled with kindness.

Épisode 1
Alphonse gets assaulted by mafia men at a job he struggles to keep. On paid leave in therapy, he discusses his mother's disappearance when he was a child. Returning to work, he's immediately let go by his boss and in the same day learns his estranged father is in hospital. Their rekindling is rocky, especially when Alphonse finds out that his father has secretly worked as a gigolo his whole life.

Épisode 2
Telling his wife Margot he's found success in a new day job, Alphonse secretly replaces his father as a gigolo servicing aging Parisian women. Though he stumbles out of the gate, struggling to keep his high-maintenance clientele satisfied, he soon discovers the work helps him come into his own. His clever wife, however, doesn't stay fooled for long.

Épisode 3
Alphonse's top client Adèle has a troublesome grandson who's after her money by hook or by crook. Alphonse and his father lock horns over management of the business when it becomes apparent Alphonse is a prodigy. Margot begins an affair with the couple's lesbian mortgage advisor. Alphonse's long-lost mother, recently widowed in Italy, takes a trip back to Paris.

Épisode 4
Alphonse and Adèle conspire to get her grandson imprisoned. Margot catches Alphonse with his pants down, yet once the truth is revealed their marriage is reborn. Jacques attempts to go back to work only to find he may be in love with Marthe, the most difficult of clients. Adèle succumbs to failing health and bequeaths her remaining fortune to Alphonse.

Épisode 5
Vengeful and greedy, Adèle's grandson hires deadbeat private detective Wilfried to track down his grandmother's wealth. Newly enriched, Alphonse wants to treat his wife to the lavish life they always dreamed of, but Jacques feels the money is rightfully his and makes off with it. We learn Alphonse's mother was forced to abandon the family under duress.

Épisode 6
Alphonse and Margot have to improvise a jet-setter's vacation in Nice. Lonely in Paris, Alphonse's mother calls an escort service that comes highly recommended. After proposing marriage to Marthe, Jacques gets outmaneuvered by Wilfried and loses the money to him. Alphonse's first client back from vacation is a beautiful woman with a Southern accent.
