Having moved recently, Ooki Futaba still hasn't gotten over her old life. That's when she has an encounter with the ocean and a peppy girl.

As Hikari sets off for another fun-filled school day, Futaba wakes up feeling an unexpected sensation in her heart.

Hikari tries to alleviate Futaba's apprehensions about her new life in a way that she knows best. Futaba later has to "study" as her trial period in the Diving Club begins.

Futaba observes an ocean diving exercise to prepare for her pool training and gets more motivated. Unfortunately, she runs into trouble in the pool...

Hikari and Futaba finally meet their seniors in the Diving Club, but the meeting doesn't exactly go as planned...

While taking a pool course to prepare for the Open Water Diver certification, Futaba reveals a rather unexpected fact.
