Estrella arrives in La Peñita to say goodbye to her father, but before that, she visits the boardwalk, where she remembers the beautiful moments she spent by his side. Fabián notices that she is crying, offers her his help, and learns that she is Ulises's daughter.

Estrella confronts Fabián for accusing her father of theft. He assures her that there are documents proving that Don Ulises forged his signature to obtain a supposed loan from the union.

Estrella is determined to become the first female fisherwoman in order to support her family and pay off the debt to Fabián.

Estrella convinces her father's fishermen to work with her. Fabián witnesses her bravery and has no hesitation in acknowledging that she is a great woman.

Fabián assures Estrella that he tried to be understanding with her, but seeing that she is now playing dirty, he is ready to draw up the contract to take ownership of her house and the boats. Doña Meche speaks up and warns him that she has no intention of signing any document.

Yazmín reproaches Fabián for having abandoned her after her mother's death. He assures her that he was deeply affected by what happened and asked Gertrudis for help, but she took advantage of his vulnerable moment to separate them.

Fabián rescues Estrella from Tiburón's cruelty and assures her that she is not alone. He apologizes for having unjustly accused her and surprises her with a hug.

Fabián makes sure to confirm Tiburón's death and states that his body will be buried in a common grave. Estrella informs Perla that her harasser has died.

Fabián and Estrella decide to put past resentments behind them and start over.

Érika causes Mercedes to take an important client away from Fabián and blames Estrella so that he will get angry with her.

Fabián admits that Estrella has managed to stir emotions he hadn't felt in a long time, and in front of his father, he admits that he fell for Doña Meche's daughter.

Sergio finds out that he has an irreversible illness that has left him sterile. He confronts Beatriz about her deception and assures her that, after medical tests, it was confirmed that he cannot have children.

Sergio lets Fabián know that he is willing to win back Estrella's love. He assures him that both Estrella and Azul are not alone, and that he is the only one who doesn't belong.

Sergio spends a pleasant time with Azul, and Estrella discovers that Érika is the one behind this meeting.

Estrella agrees to be Fabián's girlfriend and is willing to face all her problems hand in hand with the man she loves.

Víctor confirms that Iker is not Gabriel's son and threatens to report him if he refuses to pay half a million pesos to keep his secret.

Azul gets upset with her mother after confirming that she rejected the idea of starting a family again, and she warns her that if Sergio stops loving her, it will be her fault.

Nicolás sadly remembers that ten years ago life took away his son and his wife Antonia. Adriana tries to comfort him by assuring him that her soul is also torn apart when she remembers her sister and her nephew.

Estrella confronts Sergio for bringing in an industrial fishing company that could destroy the town, but he assures her that he did it out of love.

Brisa refuses to quit her job with Sergio just because of Estrella's pride and assures her that she is selfish. Doña Mercedes puts a stop to her daughter, but her reaction is not what she expected.

Brisa gives her personal image a makeover and is seen wearing designer clothes in La Peñita, showing the fishermen that it is in their best interest to work for Sergio Falcón's company. Perla and Valentín ask her to help them with their problem involving Pascual, but she makes it conditional on them working at Alpha Sur in exchange for that favor.

Minutes before boarding the plane to Spain, Nicolás starts seeing the campaign against Sergio's industrial plant and comes across Antonia's video, confirming that his wife and the mother of his child is alive. He does not hesitate to look for her, and when he sees her, he reminds her that he is Nicolás, her husband.

Antonia sees her son Nico again thanks to a photograph Nicolás gave her. Iker comforts Marina and assures her that her son may still be alive.

Gabriel realizes that Marina's son looks very much like Iker did as a baby, so he assures her that it could be the same person and suggests having a DNA test done to clear up any doubts.

Sergio is determined to take custody of Azul away from Estrella to force her to marry him, so that he can inherit his father's fortune.

After watching the videos of her baby, Marina manages to confirm that her child's clothes are identical to Iker's, so she is convinced that the DNA test she had done on the boy to confirm whether he is her son will be positive. However, she must continue to keep the secret until she has the results in her possession.

After receiving the DNA test results, Gabriel confirms that Marina is not Iker's mother. She is devastated upon realizing that she had built false hopes.

Gabriel suggests to Marina that they speak with Nicolás so he can help them search for her son and find out what really happened to the child.

Rosalba can no longer keep her secret and reveals that Érika is the half-sister of Estrella, Brisa, and Perla, since she is also Ulises's daughter.

Fabián takes the hardest step of his life and, accompanied by his father and Oliver, takes Yazmín to be admitted to a rehabilitation clinic.

Yazmín celebrates reaching adulthood and is grateful to be surrounded by the people who love her. She then tells Fabián that she does not plan to leave the house, even though she had said that once she turned 18, he would never hear from her again.

Marina goes to Gabriel's house to reassure Iker that she will never stop loving him, but since she doesn't want to hide anything from her "pirate," she lets him know that she has decided to give Nicolás a chance.

Marina meets with Gabriel to confirm that it was Adriana who altered the DNA test results, and she confirms that Iker is indeed her son.

Érika shows Fabián a pregnancy test and confirms that she is expecting his child. He assures her that he will take responsibility as the baby's father, but not as her partner.

Perla breaks down in tears and confesses to Valentín that the reason she hasn't given herself to him is because "the shark" touched her without her consent.

Gabriel decides to go far away so that Iker can stay with Marina and Nicolás won't go through with his promise to fight for custody. Fabián is arrested for threatening Sergio Falcón's boat.

Érika is forced to confess to Fabián that she is not pregnant, as she made everything up because of the great love she has for him.

Érika breaks down in tears in front of Estrella, assuring her that she is tired of fighting for Fabián knowing that he will never love her. She is therefore willing to leave the town, since nothing ties her to the place where she grew up.

Estrella and Fabián prove that despite all the adversities, their love remained unbreakable, and in the presence of their loved ones, they vow eternal love to each other.
