Episode 4
Critical care paramedics Lisa Brown and Dudley Mobbs are called to a house in High Wycombe where a handyman has plummeted 18 feet from a ladder. In Buckinghamshire Dr Manjit Riyat and critical care paramedic Barry Walsh race to the aid of 10-year-old Riley who has a broken femur after coming off his motocross bike. Also, a 53-year-old has collapsed and is unresponsive.

Episode 5
21-year-old Ryan loses his helmet and suffers serious injuries after a motorcycle accident and a toddler suffers a seizure so severe he's placed in an induced coma.

Episode 6
Fourty-one-year-old builder Travis has been involved in a traffic collision, leaving him with multiple injuries - a potentially fractured foot, arm and pelvis, as well as possible internal bleeding. He needs stabilizing and rushing to hospital. Dr Jon Baileu and CCP Joe Epton come to the aid of a 64-year-old who has suffered a massive stroke on a golf course.

Episode 7
Dr Jon Bailey and critical care paramedic Andy Ludlow are called to an elderly man, who is stranded on his bedroom floor after collapsing and breaking his ankle. Dr Manjit Ryat and critical care paramedic Hannah Hirst come to the aid of 12-year-old Lewis, who is seizing and vomiting due to a severe form of epilepsy.

Episode 8
At Reading Services on the M4, 72-year-old retired college lecturer Steve steps out of his car and suffers a cardiac arrest. Dr Laura Douglas Beveridge and critical care paramedic Hannah Hirst rush to the scene. Elsewhere, a car rolls down a motorway verge, leaving both the driver and passenger critically injured. Critical care paramedic Barry Walsh and Dr Henry Knott are despatched.

Episode 9
When Dr Laura Douglas Beveridge and paramedic Andy Colledge arrive at a multi-car road traffic accident, they find a 29-year-old trapped in her car and bleeding from her head. Dr Matt McGurran and paramedic Andy Ludlow are called to assist an ambulance crew treating a man who slipped out of the bath and has multiple broken ribs.

Episode 10
A 999 call comes in reporting a car has hit a group of pedestrians - paramedics Mark Hodkinson and Adam Panter are immediately dispatched. Dr Tim Wait and paramedic Matt Hale come to the aid of 61-year-old Robin, who has fallen and broken his leg. Also, the medical skills of Dr Suzy Stokes and paramedic Joe Epton are required when 75-year-old Jacqueline collapses and suffers a cardiac arrest.

Episode 11
Dr Suzy Stokes and Paramedic Nick Cole are dispatched to a women suffering a cardiac arrest while driving her car. Luckily, bystanders have begun CPR on the driver, but her life remains in the balance. Dr Laura Douglas Beveridge and paramedic Andy Colledge race to the aid of 19-year-old Gleb, who has crashed his motorcycle. Also, a 20-year-old is believed to be having a seizure after being punched in the face.

Episode 12
When a 999 call comes in reporting that 67-year-old HGV driver Bikkar has suffered a cardiac arrest, Dr James Rait and paramedic Joe Epton are immediately dispatched. In Hillingdon, Dr David Metcalfe and Critical Care Paramedic Lia Brown race to the aid of 44-year-old John who has burns to his head, arm and hand after lighting a bonfire with petrol.
