Marijuana Drama
Dispensary owner Dawn Clifford and her husband, John, face the possibility of their business being shut down should Fort Collins citizens approve Proposition 300, an ordinance that would close all marijuana dispensaries in the city. Meanwhile, Sgt. Jim Gerhardt is committed to keeping illegal drugs out of the hands of kids. He searches a suburban house, where he discovers marijuana is growing within reach of children, who have picked leaves and taken them to school.

Weed-Jacked!
Former mayor and anti-dispensary crusader Ray Martinez protests in the streets and puts up a billboard in the center of town. Josh Stanley's shop is robbed by a pipe-wielding perpetrator who clubs an employee and steals much of the weed inventory (an incident that's caught on tape). And Sgt. Jim Gerhard receives a call about a man illegally growing marijuana in his backyard.

War Over Weed
Ray Martinez continues to rally his troops against marijuana shops, making Josh Stanley realize he has to fight back to protect his business, employees and patients, who he believes will be at risk if his dispensary is shut down. Concerned about the future of their business, Dawn and John Clifford continue work as usual, growing, tending and trimming their marijuana plants to ensure they get a good harvest. And using a K-9, Sgt. Jim Gerhardt discovers weed plants in an office building that turns out to have 700 marijuana plants - a huge number by any standard, and every bit of it illegal.

Buds on the Ballot
Medical marijuana dispensaries are facing the possibility of extinction as the upcoming vote on Question 300 threatens to ban all dispensaries within city limits.

Pot or Not?
Pro-ban activists Scoot Crandall and Ray Martinez make a last-minute push to get voters to the polls, while the Stanley brothers and patient Susan Smeltzer fight back. Dispensary managers Dawn and John Clifford continue to help patients, hoping that their livelihood won't go up in smoke. As the polls close and election results roll in, the fate of marijuana dispensary.

Marijuana Under Fire
As the dust settles in Fort Collins, Josh gets word that a new federal crackdown could close one of his dispensaries in Denver. Meanwhile, Sergeant Jim Gerhardt discovers an illegal basement grow while investigating the cause of a house fire, and Josh receives word that his grow has been robbed.

Mile High Showdown: Green Rush
At North Boulder Wellness Center, the De Noue family struggles to meet the state's stringent guidelines after putting their savings into their first growhouse and dispensary. Sergeant Jim Gerhardt of the North Metro Drug Task Force uncovers the illicit effects of Colorado's recent marijuana boom.

Mile High Showdown: Rocky Mountain Medicine
Pot entrepreneur Josh Stanley faces a huge challenge in persuading Colorado to finance scientific R and D into cannabis as medicine, and the Denver Police Department conducts undercover Craigslist operations to try to keep a lid on the expanding black market in marijuana. And then there's Brittany Wagoner, Miss High Times 2010, who is out to prove that she's more than just a pretty face in what she sees as the predominantly male world of marijuana.

Mile High Showdown: 4/20 or Bust
Members of the De Noue family put their resources toward turning their failing business around, and 64-year-old cancer patient Anne Marie finds herself in the middle of her town's fight to ban her green medicine.

Mile High Showdown: Banned and Busted
While people like pink-mohawked cancer patient Josh Belt use medical marijuana to deal with their health problems, cannabis also proves controversial as an upcoming vote threatens to shut down the only dispensary in the town of Castle Rock, Colorado, and North Boulder Wellness Center's manager Alex Douglas, fed up with his employers, decides to quit and move to Aspen.
