Dance champion and Strictly star Amy Dowden is on a mission to help people who'd love to dance, but have never done so, learn a spectacular routine to surprise family and friends. Amy becomes their personal dance coach, from choreographing and teaching a special routine to adding costume, hair and make-up, all for a showstopping performance no one will forget.
First to get Amy's professional dance training is Sian, a grandmother-of-four who had her dreams crushed as a girl when she was told by everyone around her she'd never dance. Amy's determined to change that with the help of some of her closest friends from her dancing life and career, plus a couple of specially chosen members of Sian's close family who are allowed in on the big secret.
Once the music starts, Amy's done all she can, and it's Sian's moment to step into the spotlight and realise her lifelong dream.

Charlotte
Amy's next dancer is Charlotte who devotes her life to helping others.

Emily
Amy's biggest challenge yet is Emily, a rugby player who's got a bold dream to dance solo in front of the entire rugby club on their biggest night of the year.

Suzanne and Roiyah
Amy meets would-be dancers Suzanne and Roiyah, who would love to mark twenty years of friendship and need Amy's expert help to bring their idea to life.
