Episode 2
Martin prepares hot cross buns, and in the restaurant in Balivanich, the family pull together as they prepare for a very important annual event - Mother's Day.

Episode 3
It's games week in Uist and the bakers are busy preparing rolls that are much needed for the hundreds who will be heading to the machair both in the North and the South.

Episode 4
People from North Uist are out in their droves for the cattle show and where there is a crowd, there will be a need for food. The bakery staff are never idle, with lots of preparation for children in South Uist celebrating their First Holy Communion and for a special event taking place in Benbecula.

Episode 5
Allan and Lewis prepare to cater for the EDF festival, one of Benbecula's biggest events, while the Macleans are also making preparations for a wedding in Balivanaich Hall.

Episode 6
Christmas approaches, and there is plenty of music, food and dancing when the staff go out to celebrate the festive season.
