Simon's Holiday
Simon is going camping and has given his mother a long list of essential requirements. In order to acquaint himself with the pitfalls ahead, he decides to spend the night under canvas in the back garden - while Sally worries about him from the comfort of the house.

Birthday Bike
Sally is determined to get Simon a new bicycle for his birthday and so offers to do extra hours at work. Once she has acquired the bike she then has the problem of keeping it a secret until the happy day...

A Bird in the Hand
General Moresby has come to stay in the Harrison household and is receiving a lot of attention - as you would expect for a mynah bird. Inevitably, there is a mishap when the bird goes missing and Sally has to try to replace him.

Get Mobile
Sally decides to learn to drive. Auntie agrees to give her lessons, but they also need to find a car. The Vicar may be about to prove his worth...

School for Love
Simon's bad school report, and his excuse that his teacher picks on him, leads Sally to head to the school ready for battle. But when she meets the teacher, Mr Montgomery, she forgets all about Simon's report as matters take an unexpected turn.

Pound of Flesh
When the boys start kidding Sally about her weight she takes it personally and ends up in a competition with Auntie to see who can lose the most weight in a fortnight.

Mr. Mum
In an effort to keep the boys away from the television, Sally introduces them to some hobbies, but they are far from happy with her choices of activities. Could it be that they just need a father figure?
