Alison gets the results of her finals, and Steve Gunner has been taken ill while on duty and the chicken he ate in the canteen comes under suspicion. Dick Willoughby is checking to ensure that other people who had the chicken are still all right while the canteen manageress, Mrs Gates, is insulted by the suggestion that anyone could have been made ill her food.
