At the convenience store she works at, she meets Nagasaka Hiroki, an optimistic university student, who is curious about why she acts so negatively towards life.

Without much consideration, she pulls him to a nearby hotel where they spend the night together. However, Kana does not expect what happens afterwards would affect everything she has worked for.
