In the second season, Angie and the detectives of the LAPD will investigate the murder of a sushi chef, the death of the "bad boy" in a boy band who gets decapitated by a t-shirt cannon and a band of drug-dealing lifeguards. In addition, they will tackle a difficult case with the help of a romance novelist.

A hacker threatens to dump the names of cheaters throughout LA unless the detectives find him first. Only a beautiful FBI tech expert, Diane Duran, may be able to help them before it's too late.

IA puts Angie on probation after the LAPD servers are hacked. However, that doesn't stop her from checking out a string of senior citizen murders even when she's handcuffed to her desk.

A Coast Guard sailor ends up dead in a refrigerator, murdered, and someone's responsible! When Angie investigates, she discovers that the man's death is tied to the illegal smuggling of Canadians and a conspiracy to unseat Mayor Perry.

A graphic designer is murdered in LA, and all of the evidence points to Angie as the killer. Jay believes in his partner's innocence, but Angie refuses to defend herself.
