The nine remaining contestants in Escape from Takeaway Prison take a stomach-churning spin in the exercise yard, while in Ant v Dec: The Teams, the duo are joined by famous faces to undertake a challenge featuring a field of large animals. Plus, there is the return of Lucky Sheep Dip as well as the usual chance for another member of the audience to win items advertised in last week's commercial breaks.
