Palmira e Conceição saem do 1ºDtº para ir a uma excursão e quando voltam, a porta está aberta. Contra intrusos, há alarmes. E há os códigos para os desligar. Mas quando a memória falha…siga o barulho. No 3º Dtº, Cristina mostra ser uma mulher determinada e mesmo sem avisar o namorado, decide enfiar lá em casa uns senhores de leste para partir paredes.Eis a causa do primeiro motim no condomínio. Encabeçado por João, a quem ninguém dá baile na administração do prédio, o objectivo é acabar com o barulho. Entre o barulho das obras e o barulho do alarme que as manas do 1º Dtº instalaram e não conseguem controlar, há uma menina atrevida a querer converter o do 1º Esq.º à heterossexualidade forçada e uma adolescente do 2º Dtº com um discurso de se ficar de boca aberta. E, claro, haverá sempre um Emílio na portaria a lutar convictamente por um singelo depósito do lixo onde possa dormir. *Participação especial de Carlos Sebastião como António e Bruno Bravo como técnico de alarmes.
