It's midsummer celebration in the village and it's supposed to be a quiet day at HC and the police, but after an unconscious boy is dumped at HC, midsummer evening becomes a battle against the clock.
HC
Zara is the only doctor at HC for the first time, and she wants to do everything she can to prove to Kerstin that she can handle it.

Tomas discovers a man with gunshot wounds by the mountain during a guided hike, but the man refuses to tell what has happened. Åsa investigates the case together with Tomas.
Fjällsjön
In the four-degree water of Fjällsjön, young people Lina and Joel paddle out in a canoe. When Lina's father calls to ask them to come ashore, he quickly becomes worried.
Fjällsjön - Del 2
Lina and Joel fight for their lives after they are found unconscious in the icy water. Tomas is skeptical about how Markus handled the rescue out on the lake.
Downhill
It's a cycling festival and Sofia takes the opportunity to take her date Filip out for a bike ride after work. Zara has moved on after Markus, and the new doctor Maria, who has great experience working in Africa, is starting at HC.

A woman is suspected of having been beaten to death by her husband, but the case turns out to be more difficult for Åsa to solve than anyone thought
Elden
A hotel fire breaks out and Markus gets hurt trying to save a woman. Zara is confronted by Kerstin, while she also receives an enticing offer from Espen.

In [[BLANK]], there is a big draw when Carita's little daughter Stella suddenly disappears in the grocery store. Zara is faced with a difficult decision, and Åsa tries to be honest with Tomas.
