Season 1
During an expedition in the Great Orcus Labyrinth, Hajime is betrayed by one of his classmates, plummeting him to the bottom of an abyss. Though he survives the fall, Hajime is faced with menacing monsters and misfortunes that send him spiraling into a grim nightmare. Desperate to live and return home one day, he resolves to fight for his survival—only to meet an imprisoned vampire he names Yue, who is also seeking to escape the labyrinth. Taking an interest in him, Yue and a few others along the way accompany Hajime on his journey to find a way back home, while steadily transforming from commonplace to the world's strongest.

Reunion with the Past
Hajime and the gang reluctantly accept a quest. Their journey north to the town of Ur leads to an unexpected reunion with their teacher, Aiko.

Dragon Slayer
Hajime's quest leads him and his classmates into the mountains, where they come across their quarry, and the huge black dragon attacking him.

The Goddess' Sword
With an army of monsters approaching the town of Ur, Hajime sets a plan into motion to protect the citizens and exalt Aiko as the Goddess of Plenty.

After returning to Fuhren, Hajime heads off on a date with Shea, which comes to a sudden close when they stumble on a kidnapped merfolk girl.

A Looming Shadow
Hajime's party makes their way back to a familiar location. Deep in the Labyrinth, a new foe threatens the lives of his classmates.

The Best at Being the Worst
