Next of Kin
Diggle has trouble making the tough calls as the new Green Arrow, and his hesitancy may put hundreds of lives in danger when an ex-CIA agent leads a team of former agents on a raid to steal nerve gas. Meanwhile, Oliver asks Felicity to tutor William in math.

Reversal
Black Siren kills three seemingly unrelated Star City residents, and the team tries to figure out why. Meanwhile, Alena comes to Felicity asking for help with Cayden James, and Oliver deals with having retired as Green Arrow.

Deathstroke Returns
Slade asks for Oliver's help rescuing Slade's son Joe from a Kasnian prison. Meanwhile, Dinah discovers Vigilante's secret identity and vows to Diggle she will bring him in no matter what.

Promises Kept
While Oliver questions Slade's loyalty, Team Arrow goes after a new drug dealer named Dragon... and only Diggle knows that Dragon manufactures the steroid that he's using.

Thanksgiving
Samanda arrests Oliver for being Green Arrow, and Cayden and Black Siren launch an attack on Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, Curtis' treatment of Diggle backfires, and Oliver wishes that Thea would wake up.

Crisis on Earth-X, Part 2
Barry and Iris's wedding brings the gang together, but things go awry when villains from Earth-X attack the ceremony. Oliver and the others square off against their counterparts from Earth-X and discover that they're counterparts of Oliver and Kara... and Reverse-Flash, from before his death.

Irreconcilable Differences
Cayden has Black Siren abduct Quentin to force Arrow to recover and hand over an amplifier. Meanwhile, Oliver discovers that someone on the team has betrayed him to the FBI.

Divided
Arrow discovers who Cayden's allies are, and realizes that he's badly outnumbered. However, Curtis, Rene, and Dinah have their own plans. Meanwhile, Quentin worries about getting through to Black Siren while Cayden worries about Vigilante's loyalties.

We Fall
Cayden begins a campaign of terror against Star City, using his hack of the city's Internet to take over its electronic systems. The two teams try to stop him, while William learns that Oliver is still Green Arrow.

All for Nothing
Vince undertakes a risky mission to obtain the location of the thermobaric bomb for Team Arrow. Meanwhile, Dinah remembers how she met Vince and how they gained their powers.

The Devil's Greatest Trick
Felicity and Alena find the proof showing that Oliver didn't kill Cayden's son... and Cayden demands that the heroes turn over his three former allies, believing one of them is responsible.

Collision Course
Thea discovers that Quentin has been hiding Black Siren, and Team Arrow comes to get her and find out where the missing money is. However, the Outsiders follow them and the two teams come to blows.

Doppelganger
Oliver learns that the DA has another witness against him--Roy Harper. Team Arrow set out to find Roy and learn if someone is coercing him to testify. Meanwhile, Black Siren passes herself off as Laurel and claims that she's been in captivity for two years.

The Thanatos Guild
The Thanatos Guild, a group of assassins formed by Malcolm before he died, come to Star City in search of a map. Nyssa comes to the city to ask Thea to help her stop Malcolm's legacy.

Brothers in Arms
Oliver realizes that Diaz has subverted Hill and Armand, and faces a challenge from within what remains of the team. Meanwhile, Curtis discovers that his new boyfriend dislikes vigilantes.

Fundamentals
Oliver returns to his roots after the city council threatens him with impeachment... and a figure from his past pays him a visit.

The Dragon
Diaz and Laurel travel to Bludhaven to arrange a meeting with the Quadrant--the largest criminal organization in the country. Things don't go as expect, but Diaz has a backup plan. Meanwhile, Felicity deals with not being there for Oliver as he takes a lone-wolf approach to battling Diaz.

Shifting Allegiances
Oliver negotiates a deal with the Bratva for Anatoly's return to Moscow, but Anatoly isn't interested. Meanwhile, Rene realizes that he can't function as part of the team after his near-death experience, and Laurel must choose between Quentin and Diaz.

Oliver goes on trial for the murders that Arrow committed as well as violating the anti-vigilante act, and only the arrival of an old friend can save him.

The Ties That Bind
When Diaz fails to send Oliver to prison, he sends gunmen after their family. But a traitor within his ranks gives the team the edge they need to escape and go after the crime lord.

Life Sentence
Oliver makes a deal with the FBI to get their help taking down Diaz.
