When Mimi Harris from "Bring It!" shows up on Dr. Crawford's doorstep, he must use every trick in the book to try to tweak her twerk. Meanwhile, Dr. Jones has his funny bone tickled by a standup comedienne who wants to eliminate her baggage once and for all. And, Dr. Baron has her hands full when a husband and wife beg her for brand new bodies. Will Dr. Baron be able to operate on this adorable couple at the same time? Or, will only one of these lovebirds make it into the OR?

Bring It! Back to Atlanta
Will Dr. Baron deliver when mom Tina from Bring It! shows up with a laundry list of requests? Or will she dance around the issue? Meanwhile, Dr. Crawford is tasked with helping Eric turn from a frog into a prince. Dr. Jones takes on Grace's secret shame: her four breasts. And, Dr. Baron is surprised when she gets a visit from a former patient.

I'm Melting! I'm Melting!
Dr. Baron meets her match when best friends Tanya and Gail ask her to give them full makeovers…at the same time. Dr. Crawford's task is no small feat either, when extreme weight-loss patient Tishanna asks him to remove the painful memories of her past, but will a complication leave her surgery plan unfinished? Meanwhile, will Dr. Jones be able to help new patient TiAnna find the difficult balance between her A-cup and C-cup breasts?

Who Let the Dogs Out
Dr. Crawford is horrified by some of the worst botched breast implants he has seen in his career. Meanwhile, Wynee calls on Dr. Jones for a complete body makeover, hoping that he will change her sad "poodle face" body. When Roz comes back for another procedure, Dr. Baron must figure out how to administer Botox without using needles, while also trying to free Sandra of her duct tape and plastic wrap girdle.

Love Yourselfie
Dr. Jones can't help but blush when selfie-addict Chloe begs him to give her a body a doctor would love. And Dr. Baron does double duty when she is confronted with restoring the confidence of an assault victim, while also giving D'Eryka the stripper body of her dreams. Meanwhile, a familiar face is back, to test Dr. Crawford's limits, and he isn't taking no for an answer when it comes to being ready for his wedding day.

Great Breast-spectations
Dr. Crawford has his hands full when he is asked to reduce Aimee's massive breasts, despite her chest-obsessed boyfriend's objections; and Natasha presses for a bigger bosom that she feels will help her climb the music charts. Meanwhile, Katy let her gynecologist perform liposuction on her face, but can Dr. Jones fix it? Or will she have to continue to tape back her face forever? And Prince, the Michael Jackson impersonator, is back for more. Will his latest procedures help him learn to love the man in the mirror?

Double Trouble
Dr. Jones is put to the test when Professor Lee Angela arrives to beg for a booty that will turn heads on campus. And, Dr. Baron is tasked with operating on twins who want mirror-image results. Meanwhile, Dr. Crawford juggles songbird Natasha Moseley's breast implants as well as Laura's monster body, which is a result of multiple botched surgeries. But his patience is tried when Laura decides to take over and manage her post-op care. Will she destroy Dr. Crawford's hard work and end up with another botched surgical result?

Butt Gut
Dr. Jones has a tough decision to make when Hurricane Katrina survivor Adrienne wants him to give her back her pre-disaster body. Meanwhile, Dr. Baron's surgical skills are tested when Trinetta asks her to remove the derriere from her stomach. Latoya wants Dr. Jones to make her a hot wife, but she doesn't want her husband to know until it's done. And, Dr. Crawford has a big job to do when Marvin asks him to remove the massive amount of excess skin left over from a fraternity branding gone wrong.

Skin Tight
Dr. Baron is seeing triple when she is asked to perform a laundry list of requests on three members from the same family, at the same time. And Dr. Jones makes a rare house call in his hometown when his cousin Lois decides she can't live with her burn scars any longer. Pinky lost 250 pounds the natural way, but needs Dr. Crawford to help her let go of her excess skin, as well as her traumatic past. Meanwhile, Dr. Baron loses her cool with Ashley's NFL hubby, when he is adamant that she can lose her post-baby tummy by just working out.

Little People Problems
Dr. Crawford has a big problem on his hands when Little Women: Atlanta's Bri pops in for breast implants. Will he be able to overcome the challenges of her teeny-tiny-tatas? And Dr. Jones loads up on anti-bacterial soap when biker chick Danya asks him to fix the bed bug holes in her booty. Meanwhile, Dr. Baron must deal with the memory of her own chemotherapy treatments when cancer survivor Pam asks her to help complete her breast reconstruction. Dr. Jones must try to give empty nester Deborah a body that will blow away the competition in Atlanta's high-pressure dating scene.
