Heat 1
Australian Ninja Warrior is back with 300 Ninjas taking on the World's toughest obstacle course in their quest to become Australia's first Ninja Warrior.

Heat 2
A mix of newcomers and returning heroes take to the course, including NRL legend Paul Gallen, miracle Mum Tash Sergi and a Ninja favourite - tradie Sam Goodall.

Heat 3
Tonight's episode features some of this season's most favoured returning heroes plus Australia's most infamous party boy Corey Worthington and Red Wiggle Simon Pryce.

Heat 4
It's a night of shock exits, sensational runs and history making feats when Australia's biggest Ninja superstars battle the course.

Heat 5
With semi-final spots filling fast, who will make it through tonight? All eyes are on one of Australia's favourite Ninjas from last season, "Deadly" Jack Wilson.

Heat 6
In the last of the heats the lightest and heaviest Ninjas compete, plus Bachelor Tim Robards and the first woman to scale the warped wall last season, Andrea Hah.

Semi-Final 1
Only the very best made it through the heats, but now the competition steps up a gear as we enter the semi-finals of Australian Ninja Warrior.
