Molly heads back to Toronto from the U.K. after learning of her endometriosis diagnosis. Elle has been living at a 'retreat' since having a nervous breakdown. With Rosie and Liv's wedding approaching Elle and Molly will find out if they can handle being in the same room together.

Awkwardness is at an all-time high as Elle and Molly are thrown together to conduct the wedding ceremony after the officiant comes down with food poisoning. Molly's endo pain gets in the way of her desire to hook up with a cute guy at the wedding.

Omnira joins Elle for her first meeting back at the office and Elle finds herself unable to hold back her old 'boss-babe' habits during a client pitch. Meanwhile, Molly can't seem to get a response to Elle on the phone, and she is forced to change her attitude towards Marvin.

With a Side of... Soft (boiled) Cult
Elle merges her new "Eaden self" with the office. Molly's attempts to reconnect with Elle are once again derailed by Omnira. Feeling alone and hoping for solace, Molly heads to Rosie's and bumps into Jordan. Molly, Rosie and Jordan share concerns about Omnira's controlling presence - Dude, it's a cult.

With a Side of... Bottomless Cuddles
Jordan discovers that his assistant Latvia has been fired by Elle. A stranger mistakes Molly's bloated endo belly for a pregnant belly. Molly realizes that maybe Marvin can be the support person she needs. Omnira attempts to further manipulate Elle with a 'Level Two' ceremony to revisit her past trauma.

Marvin storms off after Molly reveals an online dating profile she created for him. Arriving at her mom's house, Elle attempts to be honest about her experience and mend her relationship with her mom. Molly's surgery date is being moved up and she is more alone than ever.

Jordan has an overtired, workaholic, hallucination where he discovers his empowered alter ego. During a pre-screen chat, Molly opens up about her loneliness and her blunt doctor softens to offer Molly the support she needs. Jordan's plan to sabotage the presentation goes haywire and Jordan finally gives Elle an ultimatum.

Jordan has an overtired, workaholic, hallucination where he discovers his empowered alter ego. During a pre-screen chat, Molly opens up about her loneliness and her blunt doctor softens to offer Molly the support she needs. Jordan finally admits that he wants a relationship with 'TallJock'. Elle and Jordan talk and heal what transpired between them. Molly's mom Meredith reveals she also had endometriosis during a phone call. Surgery day arrives and Molly's still not sure who's going to be there when she wakes up.

Despite Marvin's medical trauma, he is waiting for Molly when she wakes up. Everyone surprises Molly with a 'welcome home endo-party'. Jordan and TallJock make it official in real life. Weeks later we find Elle and Molly meeting at Rosie's just like old times to reconnect, or will they?
