In 2016, the South Block confronts internal economic struggles. Alongside PM, Shailesh and Satish must also confront an enemy of a different kind who wants to destroy India from within. Adapted from chapter number nine, "Just tell me when to begin sir" of the book "India's Most Fearless 2" written by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh, this season's driving hero is Pradeep Bhattacharya, an Additional Commissioner in the International Taxation Department in Mumbai who is also a Captain in the Territorial Army of India. Pradeep’s alertness leads him to discover Ehsaan Waziri's three-stage plan against India. As our heroes unravel the most disastrous plan laid against the country, a clean slate seems to be their only solution.

Their plan changes and Pradeep leads Team Papa while Imtiaz leads Team Alpha on a reconnaissance to cover Kotla's blind spots.

At the Kotla Camp, Zafar and Mujeed, along with 12 other mercenaries dressed as shepherds, begin their journey.
