J.C. makes sure Santa goes to town for her first Christmas with Elizabeth, while Fritz celebrates his wife's return from the Betty Ford Center.

J.C. waits to hear about a big account, Charlotte waits to hear about her raise and Fritz waits to hear about a date.

X-Y-L-O-P-H-O-N-E
J.C. finds her dating drought quenched by a wonderful guy, but she hopes an old pattern's not repeating itself when he seems afraid of being eaten alive by the "Tiger Lady."

When It Rains
J.C. has her hands full when Helga quits, Elizabeth gets sick, the doctor is cute, and the parade of unsuitable nannies seems endless.

A Fine Romance
When J.C. passes out after her gym workout, she awakens to see the handsome Dr. Kevin Atwater back in her life. The good doctor is no longer engaged, and asks J.C. out to dinner.

Charlotte's Secret
Charlotte makes several mistakes in J.C.'s schedule and then apologizes for being so tired and inattentive. J.C. later discovers the source of Charlotte's problems when she attends a local comedy club.

J.C.--The Man
J.C. casually wishes she was a man, so she could see how the other half lives. When she wakes up the next day, she finds her wish has come true, and spends her day noticing all the differences.
