Bäckström has to work uphill when a woman's skull is found in the archipelago, and the mystery only grows when the victim's identity is clarified.

Avsnitt 2 - Dolores
Three Swedish police officers. One murdered, one detained and one missing. Bäckström resorts to his unconventional methods in search of clues and to get past the Spanish police. Tussan tries to hide a secret and Toivonen makes an unexpected visit.

Avsnitt 3 - Costa
The two cases seem to be becoming more and more intertwined. The questions are many, who murdered Miguel and why? Who smuggles drugs from Mallorca? Is Sally's cousin involved? Bäckström has his hands full, to say the least, both with the investigation and with Tussan.

Avsnitt 4 - Bäckströms blodröda
Former suspect Ricardo Costa is found murdered. Bäckström promises the family to find the culprit - a promise that may be difficult to keep. What does the vineyard have to do with the murders and the drugs? At the same time, love is budding here and there on the island.

Avsnitt 5 - Vän eller fiende
New evidence appears in the investigation surrounding Miguel's death and points to an unexpected suspect in Bäckström's absolute vicinity. In addition, a large contraband load of cocaine is expected to land in Palma shortly. Things start to tighten up but who can you really trust?

Avsnitt 6 - Örnen har landat
End of season. It starts to come together and the truth will soon be revealed about the murders, the drug smuggling and the cartel. But will Bäckström get the answers he needs in the case of his childhood friend, to finally be able to feel peace in his soul?
