Melissa & Lee - Mom Retreat
Melissa and Lee have 3 very sporty boys. They need more room to play, and Mom needs some peace and quiet. To make this a win/win, Brain and Sarah turn the underused backyard into a sports court, a new lounge space, and a luxurious, 3-season Mom's retreat.

Kyle & Jack - Pub Paradise
Bachelor Kyle's first home is lovely and also small. His dad Jack has helped him renovate the interior, but the backyard is still barren and unusable. To help Kyle throw the ultimate housewarming party, Brian and Sarah build a sexy sports pub, a lounge area, a firepit, and a few extra surprises.

Marlow & Phil - Outdoor Kitchen
Marlow, Phil, their 3 small kids, and Phil's parents all live in one crowded house. Brain and Sarah transform their yard into a spectacular space for cooking, entertaining and playing.

Becki & Shawn - Rustic Barn Rehab

H and her tenant Emma are bursting out of their 3-unit home. To help out both landlord and tenants, Brian and Sarah add storage space, plus a common lounge space in the backyard, with some urban inspired design touches.

Andrea & David - Farm-To-Table
Andrea and David are foodies, but hosting in their "builder basic" yard is no fun. Brian and Sarah make their farm-to-table dreams come true, with a veggie garden, dining room, BBQ zone, and a play space for their 2 kids.

Cheryl & Gavin - Modern Woodshop
