Bake Off Italia is the first talent show dedicated to Italian bakery. The kitchen of the bakery becomes the star of Real Time. Sixteen competitors united by a single passion, the pastry. A challenge. In the end only one of them will become the best amateur baker of Italy and will fulfill his dream. Recipes, forms, colors, ingredients, challenges the dark and implacable judgments. The talent show will be hosted by Benedetta Parodi. Gently and firmly it will help us to know all the competitors and pastry chefs introduce us to the fascinating world of the bakery. Ernst Knam, the chocolate king is as we know very demanding: pretends order and perfection. fair judge, but inflexible will choose with Clelia d'Onofrio who is the best.
