Despite the 90s Japanese engineering, British rust means routine work ends in hours of labour …and about the same duration in swearing. To give the mechanics a breather, the team snap up something with no engine …an Austin J40 pedal car. But which restoration will turn a profit (lose the least) when they head to the hammer.
