The story tells the fate of the bartender Zhenya. When a girl enters the establishment who bears a striking resemblance to the hero's late wife, he recalls a terrible event in the early nineties. Then a gang of criminals invaded their house, brutally killing a woman. Escaping with his little daughter, Zhenya decided to send the child to an orphanage, trying to protect the girl from possible persecution. He soon found himself in a mysterious place — the One Call bar. He calls the deceased and tells her that he was able to save his daughter. The man is not ready to shoot himself, but he is ready to work as a bartender for several years.
The mysterious guest who appeared in the final episode is his own daughter, Nika. She came here to find out her past. She calls a relative and finds out the names of her parents. When it's time to pay for the call, Zhenya decides to shoot himself instead of her. At the moment of parting, he puts a polaroid picture in her coat, where his wife is holding her newborn daughter in her arms. Zhenya shoots himself and dies.
