Miguel While You Were Out
Ina is making dinner for her friend Miguel Florres-Vianna who is at the barn photographing the garden. While Miguel takes photos he creates a surprise table setting for Ina inspired by foliage found in the garden. On the menu are Panko-Crusted Salmon, Warm French Lentils, All American Cheese Board and Chicken Noodle Soup for Miguel's journey back to the city.

Drill Dinner
It's a drill dinner for local fire fighters. After a practice fire drill, Ina pitches in and serves the fire fighters up a delicious dinner back at the station. There's beef barley soup, Firefighter Scott Elley's sloppy joes served with Ina's stilton dressing and make your own pecan caramel sundaes.

Cooking with Friends
It's competition time and battle of the taste buds as Ina and her friends Eli Zabar and David Ziff plan a pot luck dinner. They each take a course with a Mediterranean theme and create dishes such as Grilled Eggplant With Sherry Vinegar Drizzle, Fried Baby Artichokes, Eli's Grilled Rib Eye Steak and Italian Plum Tart. But first there's breakfast at Ina's to discuss the plan over delicious Tri-Berry Pancakes.

Rehearsal Dinner
It's a pre-party tasting and planning meeting for Ina's friend's son's rehearsal dinner. She has a foolproof menu and plan to share that's the perfect party blueprint for every occasion. On the buffet table there's Tarragon Potato Salad, Chunky Blue Cheese and Yogurt Dip, Vegetable Coleslaw and Guacamole to pair up with local takeout specialties.

Dare to Be Different
Ina's making over classic dishes and turning up the volume with new ingredients and cooking methods. By daring to be different Ina transforms dishes with a big flavor payoff. There's Easy Parmesan Risotto, deconstructed Strawberry Shortcakes and a new take on breakfast, Eggs Columbian, a favorite at local cafe and specialty food store Mary's Marvelous.

Modern Comfort
This is all about comfort food as Ina cooks up modern day comfort classics. Helping her is New York caterer Mary Giuliani, famous for her miniature grilled cheese sandwich canapes plus there's French Toast Bread Pudding and Seafood Pot Pie. This is comfort for breakfast, dinner and entertaining.

Jeffrey's Birthday Pop-up
Ina surprises Jeffrey with a birthday get-together at a surprise location, historic building "Home Sweet Home." On the menu for this celebration are a Greek Platter, Hummus, Spinach Pie, Orange Pound Cake with Orange Cream and Raspberry Orange Trifle.

Brunch Bunch
Ina is working on an article about brunch and calls in the help of team brunch. Local florist Michael Grimm creates a flower display to go on the brunch table set and photographed by Miguel Florres. There's Baked Blintzes With Fresh Blueberry Sauce, Apricot Butter, Roasted Hazelnut Granola and a Fruit Platter.

School Today
It's school today for Ina as she plays both teacher and student. First there's a cookery class, with banana cake to frost and blueberry muffins to make. Then it's Ina Asks, when Ina turns the tables and plays student. It's back to school for Ina when she asks the International Culinary Institute in NYC three cooking questions that we all want to know the answer to.

Baby's First Bash
Ina makes dinner to celebrate the arrival of her friend's newborn son. There's a delicious nursery food menu and an incredible setting to match. There's Truffle Popcorn with drinks followed by Spicy Turkey Meatballs, Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp and S'mores around the fire pit. The whole meal is served outside under incredible garden lights designed by Ina's friend Greg Yale, who is transforming the garden into a fantastic lighting grotto for the occasion.

Going Dutch
In Going Dutch a decorated, hard-ass colonel is tasked with running the least important U.S. Army base in the world, located in the tulip-hugging, wine-chugging Netherlands.
