The Adventure Begins
Dinner on day one of Ina and Jeffrey's California trip is Chicken With Wild Mushrooms and Green Salad and Napa Vinaigrette. The fun continues with an invitation to cook Baked Goat Cheese at Sinskey's Vineyard. Then, it's a casual Napa-style supper with Jeffrey's Grilled Pork Chops served with Green Beans Gremolata.

Good Stuff
For lunch alfresco, Ina's made Roasted Asparagus and Proscuitto With Easy Hollondaise. Then there's a date with Tyler Florence, who's sharing the secret making a perfectly cooked Porterhouse Steak. Then she's heading to San Francisco to shop for everything she needs for a sunset picnic with Jeffrey.

Eat Like a Local
After making Tomato Crostini and Whipped Feta for lunch, Ina learns the secrets of Thomas Keller's Buttermilk Fried Chicken. Thyme Roasted Marcona Almonds are the perfect snack for Cocktail Time, but will Ina have mixologist Jon Gasparini's Napa Spritz or Basil Gimlet?

Dinner in Nappa
For a casual dinner in the garden with Jeffrey, Ina makes Israeli Couscous and Tuna Salad with Raspberry Crumble Bars for dessert. The next day, they have dinner with Michael Chiarello, who makes his incredible Chicken A La Vendemmia with graped picked from his own vineyard.

Food Adventures
Ina's shaking up the classics turning San Francisco lobster into a Deconstructed Lobster Salad With Lemon Mayonnaise. At the Michelin-starred Auberge du Soleil, Ina learns to make their signature Torte Au Chocolat. While she's out exploring, Jeffrey enjoys Spanish Pea Soup With Crispy Ham. Back on the porch, they both enjoy Viennese Iced Coffee.

Library Inaugural Drinks
Ina's built a fabulous library at the barn and now it's time to say thanks to the team that designed and built it. Ina prepares Fig and Fennel Caponata, an Antipasto Platter, Tuscan Mashed Chickpeas and Mussels with Saffron Mayonnaise for the "thank you" soiree.

Perfect Day in East Hampton
It's Ina's idea of a perfect day: While Jeffrey runs on the beach she whips up Raspberry Muffins and Coffee for their breakfast. Then she heads to local restaurant South Fork Kitchen to cook with chef Joe Isidori. Then it's back to the barn for a comforting soup dinner with Jeffrey -- the perfect end to the perfect day.

Game Plan
Today, Ina's sharing all the secrets for effortless entertaining: From creating a time line, sharing cheats and shortcuts and cooking up easy delicious dishes. With recipes for Chili Tortilla Chips, Slow Roasted Filet of Beef with Basil Parmesan Mayonnaise, Roasted Balsamic Brussels Sprouts and Truffled Mashed Potatoes.

Birthday Surprise
Ina's friend Dwyer Derrig is on her way back from the city and she's going to get a fabulous birthday surprise -- a fridge filled with Ina's home cooked Italian Seafood Salad and German Chocolate Cupcakes, a Birthday Cheeseboard Gift and amazing flowers by Michael at Bridgehampton florists.

Local Food Heroes
Ina takes inspiration from the fabulous food found in the Hamptons to create new recipes in a piece for her Barefoot blog. She makes Salmon and Guacamole Sandwiches, Salted Caramel Brownies and Balsamic Roasted Beet Salad.
