It's all about learning from New York's food greats today. After a Smoked Salmon and Bagel masterclass at a legendary Jewish store, a lesson in steak from a legendary butcher and the scoop on an amazing coffee roastery in Queens, it's back home for Grilled Double New York Strip With Spice Rub, Garten Spice Sweet Potato Fries and Coffee Granita.

What's Cooking in Brooklyn
Ina's checking out what's cooking in Brooklyn. She makes a Southern-style breakfast of Carolina Grits With Country Ham and Red Eye Gravy at Seersucker Restaurant, at Bien Cuit Bakery she learns the secrets to baking perfect baguettes, then a cheese and ham experience at Stinky's Cheese Shop. Back in East Hampton, N.Y., Ina makes a delicious Sugar Snap Pea, Pancetta and Parmesan Salad for Jeffrey to go with all the goodies she's brought back from her adventures.

Heard It on the Grapevine
Ina's checking out the hot spots everyone's talking about, starting at The Meatball Shop, where she makes their signature Smash Meatball Sandwich. Then Ina meets a friend for fondue in Cafe Select, a speakeasy-style bar. At All Good Things market, Ina arranges flowers French-style. Back at home it's Cinnamon Baked Doughnuts and Coffee inspired by her adventures.

All Change
Ina's in Brooklyn checking out classics with the volume turned up. First, the Mile End Deli where they're shaking things up on classic Chopped Liver and then Ina makes Bratwurst at Prime Meats Restaurant. She takes a trip around the Smorgasburg market where she buys Cheese Cakes and then back home she's making French Flageolet Beans.

Fun in the City
It's a perfect day of fun in the city. Ina's cooking at two fabulous restaurants, learning the secret to Oyster Pan Roast and Uni Butter Crostini at John Dory Oyster Bar and the famous Million Dollar Chicken at the Standard Grill. Ina takes a stroll on The High Line and meets with the vendor behind People Pops, and even Jeffrey's getting a cheese making course at Beecher's Handmade Cheese. Back home, it's Side Car cocktails and a Garten taste-off!

Cooking with Giada DeLaurentiis
Ina and Giada are cooking together for a day of fun and recipe sharing. Ina's welcoming her friend with a Lobster and Potato Salad lunch, then it's two way tutorial time, Giada's making Mascarpone and Lemon Gnocchi With Butter Thyme Sauce and Ina's baking an incredible liqueur laced Chocolate Cassis Cake for a girls' night in dinner.

Cooking with Tyler Florence
Ina's got a date with Tyler Florence and they're baking a towering chocolate Birthday Cake for Tyler's son, then checking out the local farming scene to get chicken and vegetables for Tyler's signature Fried Chicken and Ina's Winter Slaw.

Best Barefoot Grilling
Ina's firing up the grill for the ultimate guide to grilling, with some of her favorite ever recipes: Surf and turf is covered with Tuscan Lemon Chicken, Indonesian Grilled Swordfish and Sliders. She has sides covered with Grilled Corn on the Cob, Confetti Corn, Grilled Panzanella and even Breakfast on the Grill!

Cooking with Michael Symon
Ina and Michael Symon are cooking Greek today. Michael's doing Smoked Pork Ribs on the grill while Ina's got the sides sorted with Easy Tzatziki and Spicy Hummus, perfect on a Mezze Platter.

Best Barefoot Chocolate Desserts
This is all things chocolate in the Barefoot Contessa Hall of Fame. On Ina's list there's everything from Chocolate Cupcakes With Peanut Butter Frosting, to Deeply Chocolate Gelato, an easy Chocolate Orange Fondue and White Chocolate Truffles and White Chocolate Bark. And of course, one of Ina's favorite desserts -- Mocha Chocolate Ice Box Cake.
