The Mediterranean Feast
Ina is recreating an amazing Mediterranean Feast she once witnessed while camping through Provence. She will be making a feast of Marinated Grilled Lamb, Tabbouleh, Hummus and Pita bread, with simple oven roasted fruit all served by candlelight.

Elegant and Easy
When Ina's friends come over expecting a simple meal, she loves surprising them with an elegant dinner. Ina makes Beef with Gorgonzola sauce, Baked Potato wedges and sauteed cherry tomatoes, and a strawberry Country Cake that's always a hit!
Big Breakfast
It's Ina's flawless plan for a Big Breakfast party where you don't have to get up at dawn. Recipes for Strawberry scones and Potato Basil Frittatas made the night before, so that all that has to be done in the morning is reheating and laying out the table.
Feel Good Food
This is a 24 hour feel good zone kicking off with a tropical smoothie drink, a power walk through East Hampton and a zesty Tuna with Mango Salsa. An afternoon cooking Tomato and Basil soup and a beetroot salad finished off with a goat cheese sandwich.

Ina has the answer to avoiding living in the kitchen when you have houseguests - leftovers! Turning Roasted Salmon into Salmon Salad, and turning an Orange Cake into a Raspberry Orange Trifle. How easy is that?!
The Homecoming
Roast Chicken is the perfect dinner. It's so perfect that Ina makes it every Friday night for her husband. Ina whips up roast chicken with caramelized roasted vegetables, crispy garlic roasted potatoes and Tiramisu for dessert!
The Portable Picnic
Ina shares the secrets of making a portable picnic for any occasion. Shrimp salad, Pasta Pesto, Tomato and Feta salad and that famous lemon Cake all packed into Chinese Take-Out Containers and colorful bags. Its fun at the beach and no clean up!
Stephen's Birthday
Ina promised her friend Stephen a cooking lesson for his birthday. She'll show him how to make a foolproof dinner of Indonesian Chicken with roasted carrots and Coconut Cupcakes. Stephen not only gets to make it, he gets to eat it too!

Kitchen Clambake
Ina has the solution to the dark, sandy clambakes we are all used to - a Kitchen clambake all made in one pot on the stove! It takes less than an hour to cook and prepare, and to add to it Ina makes Margaritas, a tomato basil salad and Apple dessert.
Soup Lunch
Ina's favorite time to entertain is Sunday lunch. It's a no pressure time for a simple meal of Cheddar Corn Chowder, green salad Vinaigrette and Macaroons. Start off with some onion dip, some great friends and you've got a recipe for a great afternoon.
