Barry has arrived in Benidorm with just €900 to his name, he hopes his magic act will win him some punters. Mick and Karen have sold their home back in Essex and hope that ploughing the money into a cabaret bar will pay off. John is unprepared when he goes about his day-to-day life picking up selling and buying disused caravans, but on one job he finds something rather disturbing.

Mo and Peggy flit between both Benidorm and Bournemouth depending how the weather is. Dave tries supporting his family by taking on a variety of jobs.

Graham, the entertainments manager of a local campsite, longs to be with his girlfriend who lives in Northern Ireland. Eddie, a singer is trying to crack the scene.

Vikki wants her hair salon clients to embrace the Spanish lifestyle so organises a special day. Raj decides to expand his curry house operation and open a Italian restaurant.

Jill and Maria decide to buy a caravan and head off into the Spanish sun. Michelle and Paco are struggling as the campsite business that they were running has just been shut down by the local authorities.

Dusty Crack is struggling as her earnings for her drag act have dropped from €100 to €30 a gig. Paul and Jacqui run a bar that charges more then others in the area. Eddie and Pauline have a odd place to live. Eric goes for a motorbike ride in the Spanish sun.
