Danielle Dimovski starts her BBQ roadtrip in Nashville, TN. She digs into some dry ribs, barbecue sushi and a killer pork sandwich. The adventure continues at the Music City BBQ Festival where she enters a margarita contest.

Tennessee Pork, Pie and Muddy Ribs
Danielle Dimovski visits Helen's BBQ, run by a female pitmaster, for the best pulled pork sandwich in Tennessee. She stops by the home of the "Slap Yo' Mama" chocolate pie to judge a pie-eating contest and chows down on muddy ribs.

Texas Brisket, Food Truck and Heat Waves
The BBQ Diva crawls through Texas to feast on famous beef jerky, brisket sausage and fried chicken brisket. Then, she competes at the Bedford Blues and BBQ Festival in an attempt to break her previous record -- fourth place in brisket.

Lockhart's Legendary Q
Danielle heads south to Lockhart, TX -- the birthplace of Texas BBQ -- to chow down on German smoked sausage and massive pork spare ribs. No sauce allowed. Then, she digs into a Spanish specialty -- barbacoa straight from the cow's head.

Bison, Beer and BBQ
The BBQ Diva sets out to find the best bison that Kansas has to offer. While there, she bites into a tasty bison burger and meets the hairy beasts in person. Then, she competes in the Sky's the Limit BBQ Classic with her famous BBQ pork.

Firehall Q, Cattle Auctions and Strawberry Banana Cake
Danielle crawls her way from Kansas to Oklahoma to find the best BBQ. She fills up on smoked bologna and learns how to "auction talk." Then, she's off to the oldest BBQ spot in town for a sandwich piled high with tender, smoky pork.

Oklahoma Sauce, Smokers and the Cherokee Strip Cookoff
Danielle gets sauced in the sauce empire of the US -- Ponca City, OK. She chows down on half a chicken and brisket, and then loads up on smoker essentials. Finally, she competes for the first time at the Cherokee Strip Cook-off … alone.

Po Boys, Shrimpin', Trawlin' and BBQ Crawin'
The BBQ Diva hits up New Orleans to feast on shrimp and pork belly, and goes shrimpin' with the best shrimp trawler down South. Then, she competes in the Jim Bowie BBQ Throwdown with her "brother from another mother."

Smoked Tofu, Flyboys and Fun
Danielle crawls to Georgia to chow down on slow-smoked BBQ and tofu. Later, at a local airshow, she competes in the Smoke-n-Thunder BBQ Classic. She wagers a bet with her neighbor, Bubba Q, on who will score better in brisket.

Huge Sammies, Fishing and Georgian Gumbo
Danielle bites into a huge brisket sandwich and tries her hand at catching trout at St. Simons Island, GA. Then, she heads to Southern Soul BBQ for gumbo and smoked chicken. Finally, she's off to Charleston, SC, to Hello My Name is BBQ -- a hip, urban food truck.

Carolina Whole Hog and Q'n for a Cause
Danielle hits up the only BBQ joint in Johns Island, SC, for smoked ribs and a taste of their 32 side dishes. Then, she wakes up at the crack of dawn to cook a whole hog and take part in a BBQ fundraiser for a local charity.

KC Strip Steak, Burnt End Chili and Team Diva Q
Danielle crawls her way to Kansas City, MO, to prep for her next BBQ contest. She starts by feasting on an unbelievable KC strip steak. Then, she hits the woodlot to study up on smoke woods and noshes on 'competition-style' BBQ.

The American Royal
Danielle is up against 150 of the world's grand BBQ champions at the American Royal BBQ competition. With a storm coming and 13 BBQ categories to turn in, Danielle turns up the heat for the judges.
