Fallon and Mark Jennings are Texas natives with a big Texas family, and they're on the hunt for the perfect waterside home on North Padre Island. With four little ones running around and busy lives as a real estate agent and a contractor, Fallon and Mark are eager to find their dream house and renovate it as quickly as possible. They have the expertise, so renovations should be a breeze. However, Mark and Fallon quickly realize that things can get very tricky very fast living in the same home they're renovating.
