Their schedule allows them to go away often and they want the perfect beach home to spend time with their growing family. With their budget of $175,000, they are not sure they will be able to meet all of their needs. With the help of local real estate agent, Karen DelVacchio, they navigate the shores of the beautiful Outer Banks to make their beach house dream a reality.
