Rentable Retreat in Ocean City, Maryland

Caroline and Martin are from Macungie, Pennsylvania, and they've been vacationing along the shores of Ocean City, Maryland, for twenty years. Recently, they've grown tired of always visiting within a predetermined time frame and feel the purchase of their very own beach house would allow them the freedom to kick back and relax on a whim. With a budget of $250,000, Caroline and Martin are hoping that local restate agent Billy Barr will be able to find them a rentable property that will help offset some of the costs, so their beachfront dreams can become an affordable reality.
