Me and My Madre in South Padre Island, Texas
Jan and Cianna are a mother-daughter duo that call Texas home. Jan currently lives on South Padre Island while her daughter, Cianna, is a student at the university nearby. Although Cianna's parents saved a college fund for her, receiving a full scholarship means she can put that money towards her first investment property near the beach. With the help of real estate agent Norma Turkington, they hope to find the perfect place to play that will also pay, all for under $350,000.
