The aspiring survivalists get thrown in at the deep end as they battle ice-cold water during a swim to a remote headland, where they must fend for themselves overnight, before tackling a terrifying forward-facing abseil. Tested to their limits, the students start to bond and love is already in the air.

The master of survival teaches ten young students how to cope in the wild. Day two sees the competition heat up as the camp splits into two teams - girls v boys.
