The contest features a mix of coordination, strategy, and endurance-style games, with points accumulating throughout the episode toward the overall result.

Episode 3
Daniel MacPherson hosts as a family competes together against celebrity Layne Beachley, selecting different team members for each challenge while the celebrity faces every round alone. Through a variety of physical and mental games, both sides build their scores as the competition progresses.

Episode 4
Daniel MacPherson hosts — and also appears as the competing celebrity — as a family team rotates members through each round while he competes on his own. Points are earned across multiple challenges, leading to a final tally between the family and the host.
