Beat the Star is a game show where a member of the public competes head-to-head against a celebrity across a series of physical and mental challenges. Each round tests different skills such as coordination, endurance, strategy, or trivia knowledge, with points awarded based on performance. The contestant plays for a cash prize, while the celebrity competes for charity. The format builds tension as the rounds increase in value, leading to a high-stakes final challenge that decides the overall winner. If the contestant loses, the prize money rolls over to the next episode, increasing the potential jackpot.
