Metin Halıcı, bir gece Keçiören’de bir parkta bıçaklanarak öldürülmüş olarak bulunur. Olay yeri ekipleri ve cinayet büro elemanları Metin’in peruk ve numarasız gözlük gibi aksesuarlarla kılık değiştirdiğini fark ederler. Adli tıbba otopsi için gönderilen Metin’in cesedinin peşine mafya düşünce, Barbaros da kendini bir anda bu karmaşık olayların içinde bulur. Eylül’ü bulmanın rahatlığıyla kendini toparlamaya başlayan Behzat Ç. ise, cinayeti ve mafyanın neden cesedin peşine düştüğünü çözmek için ekibinin başındadır.
