This series follows Ben Fogle and his friend and business partner James Sleater as they buy Buffalo Systems, an outdoor clothing brand based in Sheffield.

Ben stakes his entire life savings on buying the company, despite having no prior business experience. Suddenly, he's not only responsible for keeping it profitable, but also for the livelihoods of the people who depend on it.

Over two drama-filled episodes, we follow Ben as he sets out to realise his ambitious vision for Buffalo - launching a new website, opening a direct-to-consumer shop, and expanding the factory. But beneath the drive and determination lies a constant, nagging fear of failure. He's risked everything he owns - now the question is, will it pay off?
