Left out in the cold by his crew, Chris McCully risks an unprecedented winter solo dive without a tender. The Kellys look to continue their new hot streak, but hypothermia becomes a serious threat for one diver when equipment begins to fall apart.

Choose Your Own Misadventure
Birthday boy Shawn Pomrenke boldly moves back to Tomcod. Fed up with a faulty sluice box, the Kellys resurrect an old piece of equipment called "The Coffin." Zeke finds a reef that could yield some great gold, and Chris McCully plans a marathon dive.

The Pit and the Pugilists
Gambling on his ice operation, Shawn must clear the ice on his gold-filled inland claim to avoid bogging down in summertime mud. A crew fight sidelines Vern's lucrative run. Chris makes a risky wager that will force him to double his gold goal.

Trapped Under Ice
With 72 critical hours left in the Bering Sea mining season, shifting ice cuts off access to Vern's diver under the ice. The Kellys hit a hot paystreak but are praying their repairs will hold up. Shawn hits bedrock and learns if his gamble paid off.

Downside Up
It's the final day of Bering Sea Gold's most difficult ice season, and Shawn makes one more epic dive to try and hit his goal. Young gun Chris races all-out for his biggest cleanup yet, and Vern relies on diver Gary to secure their ambitious summer plans.
